This procedure describes how to create a ticket for a technical issue.
- Open https://support.rapyd.net.
The Sign in to Rapyd page appears:
Rapyd Support Login Email
If you have an account in Client Portal, you may have an email inviting you to create a password for the new service portal for submitting support requests, titled Welcome to Rapyd Service Portal.
Sign in to Rapyd Support.
The Rapyd Support page appears:
Create a new Support Case but filling out the Subject, Description and Upload or drag and drop any screenshots or files.
The submitted case number appears.
- Click Finish.
A confirmation appears showing that your request was submitted successfully.
The My Open Cases tab appears with details of the ticket.
