How to Submit a Support Ticket
- Sign in as described in Accessing the Client Portal and navigate to the question mark icon at the top right > Create Ticket.
The Create Support Ticket panel appears.
Complete the Subject and Description fields, and upload any relevant files.
Select the specific type of issue: General / Sandbox Query or Technical Issue.
Note: If General / Sandbox Query, complete the reCAPTCHA and select Apply.
If Technical Issue is selected, continue to select when the Issue was first identified.
Select how many transactions / users are affected?
Select the total transaction value.
Complete the reCAPTCHA and select Apply.
The support ticket dialogue box appears
- Select close.
