Accessing the Client Portal

To access the Client Portal, you must have a Rapyd account. Signing up is simple and free.

New user

Sign up for an account.

New Invited User

Accept an invitation to Client Portal.

Accounts and Credentials

Credentials for Sandbox and Production.

When you are signed in, you can choose the production environment or the sandbox environment. Use the Sandbox toggle at the lower left. If you are not the account owner, some features of the production environment are not available to you, but you can access all features on the sandbox.
