Sign in as described in Accessing the Client Portal and navigate to Issuing > Cards.
The Issued Cards page appears.
Tap the Card ID for the card you want to block.
The Card Details panel appears.
- Tap the switch to block the card.
The Block Card dialog box appears.
- Tap yes.
The Action Completed popup appears.
- Tap Close.
The status of the card changes to blocked.
