Changing a User's Role

You can change a user's role on the Users page. For more information on roles, see Roles and Tasks.

This procedure requires Owner or Administrator privileges.

How to Change a User's Role

  1. Sign in as described in Accessing the Client Portal and navigate to My Account > Settings > Users & Roles.

The Users page appears.

  1. Tap the row of the user whose role you want to change.

The Edit user dialog box appears.

  1. Tap the Select role drop-down list and select a different role.

  2. Tap Save.
    The user's role is updated.
