Deleting a Bank Account

Delete a bank account if you do not want the account to continue receiving Rapyd funds.

You must have Owner or Administrator privileges to delete a bank account.

How to Delete a Bank Account

To delete a bank account:

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal and navigate to My Account > Settlements.

The Settlements page appears.

  1. Under Bank Account, on the listed bank row, tap the Delete Bank Account icon for the account that you want to delete.

A confirmation pop-up window appears.

  1. Confirm that you want to delete the account.

    The bank account is deleted from the Bank Account section.
