# Accessing the Client Portal

To access the Client Portal, you must have a Rapyd account. Once signed in, you can choose the production or sandbox environments. Use the **Sandbox** toggle at the lower left. If you are not the account owner, some production environment features are unavailable to you, but you can access all features on the sandbox.
