Bank Permata

A Virtual Account in Indonesia.

What is Bank Permata?

Permata Bank allows users to perform same day funds transfers from one bank account to another in Indonesia.

Transfers must be made in Indonesian rupiah (IDR), and are commonly used for paying bills and making transfers between bank accounts.

User Experience

Permata Bank works via the consumers’ own online banking. They simply log in to their account, select Permata Bank as the transfer method, and add the recipient's bank details to make the payment.

  1. Select Permata Bank as the payment method.

  2. Receive the payment instructions and Virtual Account number.

  3. Log in to the bank account.

  4. Select Transfer > Virtual Account.

  5. Enter the Virtual Account Number.

  6. Authorize the payment.

  7. Redirect to the payment confirmation page.
