Blocking a Card
You can block an active card to prevent its use. Use the same procedure to activate a blocked card.
Sign in as described in Accessing the Client Portal and navigate to Issuing > Cards.
The Issued Cards page appears.
Tap the Card ID for the card you want to block.
The Card Details panel appears.
Click the Status toggle to block the card.
The Block Card dialog box appears.
Tap Yes.
The Action Completed popup appears.
Tap Close.
The status of the card changes to Blocked.
