Creating a Funding Request

You can create a funding request in Client Portal.

This procedure requires Owner, Administrator, or Editor privileges.

  1. Sign in as described in Accessing the Client Portal and navigate to My Account > Account balance.

    The Account balance page appears.

  2. Click on the button in the Add funds banner in the upper right corner.

  3. The Account funding request dialog box appears.

  4. Fill out the following fields:

    • Amount to fund

    • Currency

    • Wallet to fund

    • Rapyd bank account

    • Proof of transfer

  5. Click Submit.

  6. The Request received dialog box appears.

  7. Navigate to Settings > Funding Requests to view the status of your funding request.

  8. The Funding Requests page provides the following information:

    • Bank Name - The name of the bank and source of the funds.

    • Paid Amount - The amount of funds paid into the client wallet.

    • Pay Date - The date paid into the client wallet once the request is approved.

    • Requested Amount - The the amount of funds and currency of the request

    • Request Date - The date the funding request was made.

    • Status - The current status of the funding request.
