# LinkAja

A popular eWallet used in Indonesia

### What is LinkAja?

LinkAja is a leading eWallet and payments app in Indonesia. Customers can download the LinkAja app on their mobile phone, and add their bank account to the eWallet. Purchases can be made with any merchant that accepts the LinkAja payment method.

Customers benefit from using the LinkAja eWallet by sending funds through peer-to-peer transactions, in addition to contactless mobile payments at stores. Customers can also purchase credit and pay their bills through the LinkAja app.

### User Experience

When a customer wants to make a payment online, they will select LinkAja eWallet, select Place Your Order, and be redirected to LinkAja and confirm the payment details.

1. Checkout with LinkAja ewallet > Select **Place Your Order**
2. Redirect to the LinkAja ewallet landing page

3. Complete the payment by clicking **Continue** in the LinkAja app

4. Enter the [OTP](https://docs.rapyd.net/en/glossary.md#UUID-945d98cf-adae-e1cf-2606-c7fae8b4a7e1_otp "One-time password")

5. Redirect to the payment confirmation page in the LinkAja app

6. Once payment is confirmed, the page redirects to the Merchant website
