# Linking a Card to a Contact

You can issue cards to a contact.

## How to Link a Card to a Contact

1. Sign in as described in [Accessing the Client Portal](https://docs.rapyd.net/en/accessing-the-client-portal.md "Accessing the Client Portal") .
2. Navigate to **Wallets** > **Contacts**.

   The **Contacts** page appears.

3. Click the **Contact ID** of the contact you want.

   The **Contact ID** panel appears.

4. Click the **Cards** tab.

   The **Cards** panel appears.

5. Tap the **Add card** button.

   The **Add card to contact** dialog box appears.

6. Enter the card number in both fields and tap the **Confirm** button.

   The card is linked to the contact.
