List Tickets
Returns the open or closed tickets of the caller, paginated. Filters combine, and a ticket must match all the filters.
A merchant sees its own tickets. A partner sees its own tickets and the tickets it raised for its merchants.
direction
The sort direction.
desc - Newest first.
asc - Oldest first.

Returns the ticket with this exact ID.
limit
Page size. The product of
pageandlimitcannot exceed 10,000. Value range: 1 to 100.10
merchant_account_id
Partners only. Returns the tickets raised for this merchant. Use the exact organization token of the merchant.
order_by
The field to sort by.
created_at - Sort by the time of ticket creation.
updated_at - Sort by the time of the last update.
