Merchant Onboarding
As a partner with Rapyd, you can onboard your merchants and invite them to the Partner Portal. The merchant will create an account that is linked to your Partner Portal account.
The process for merchant onboarding consists of a few steps:
Step 1 - Creating a Pricelist Template
Step 2 - Building an Offering
Step 3 - Inviting Merchants
Sign in as described in Signing In to the Partner Portal. Navigate to the Get started tab.
The Getting Started page appears.
View Step 1 - Create a Pricelist Template.
The following instructions appear:
Start by creating a pricelist template. In each template you can define the transaction type, fees, currency, settlement period, and other key parameters. The pricelist template builder includes built-in validation and helpful tips to guide you through the process.

Click the Create Pricelist Template button to start.
View Step 2 - Build an Offering.
The following instructions appear:
An Offering is a bundle of one or more pricelist templates. Each merchant receives an Offering during onboarding. As a Partner, you can customize pricing for individual merchants later if needed. The Offering builder includes built-in validation and helpful tips to guide you through the process.

Click the Create Offering button to start.
View Step 3 - Invite Merchants.
The following instructions appear:
Once your Offering is ready, generate a sign-up link that includes the Offering and share it with merchants. This link allows them to register and automatically receive the assigned pricing configuration.
