Employees are your first line of defense. Ensure they are well-informed.
Provide mandatory security awareness training to all employees who interact with Rapyd terminals.
Repeat training at least annually, and whenever roles and responsibilities change.
Training must include:
How to identify terminal tampering
Understanding physical and logical threats to PIN-entry devices
Clear guidance that employees must never request or enter a customer's PIN on their behalf
Steps for reporting suspicious behavior or anomalies in terminal operation
