# Signing In to the Client Portal

The Client Portal provides access to your Rapyd account, including functionality for the production environment and the sandbox.

The owner of a Rapyd account and all invited users can access the Client Portal.

> **Note:**
>
> - **Owner** - Create a Rapyd production account. See [Signing Up for an Account](https://docs.rapyd.net/en/signing-up-for-an-account.md "Signing Up for an Account").
> - **Invited user** - Accept an invitation to the production account of the Client Portal. See [Accepting an Invitation to the Client Portal](https://docs.rapyd.net/en/accepting-an-invitation-to-the-client-portal.md "Accepting an Invitation to the Client Portal").

## How to Sign In to Client Portal

1. Browse to <https://dashboard.rapyd.net>.

   The Sign In page appears.

   **Note**: Dark mode is now available, and can be toggled in the upper right corner by clicking on the moon icon.

2. Enter your email and password, then click **Log in**.

3. Log in using two-factor authentication. A 6-digit numeric code is sent by SMS to your phone.
4. The **Two-factor authentication** page appears.

5. Enter the code.
6. Click **Verify my number**.
7. The Rapyd Client Portal opens.

## How Do I Use Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Single Sign On (SSO) is a secure way to log in without using a password. The user information is submitted and authenticated before the log in succeeds.

1. Browse to <https://dashboard.rapyd.net>.

   The sign in page appears.

2. Click the **Continue with SSO** button.

3. Enter your work email address associated with your Client Portal account.
4. Click the **Continue with email** button.
5. The Rapyd Client Portal opens.

> **Note:**
>
> You need to create an SSO configuration and enable SSO beforehand. The login will succeed only if the configuration is already established. See [Configuring SSO](https://docs.rapyd.net/en/configuring-sso.md "Configuring SSO") for more information.
