# Viewing a Compliance Ticket

View your compliance tickets within the Client Portal.

You must have Owner or Compliance Administrator privileges to view a compliance ticket or send a message to the Compliance team. You can create a custom role to grant this permission to other users. You can then invite a user to this custom role. See [Creating a New User](https://docs.rapyd.net/en/creating-a-new-user-role.md "Creating a New User Role") for more information about user roles for your account.

You will receive an email notification when a compliance ticket is generated for your account. The email contains a reminder about the notification. You must log into the Client Portal and navigate to the Communication Center to see the specific message from the Compliance team.

1. Sign in as described in [Signing In to the Client Portal](https://docs.rapyd.net/en/signing-in-to-the-client-portal.md "Signing In to the Client Portal") and navigate to the **Settings** page.
