Viewing the Transaction ARN

You can view the Transaction ARN for specific payments.

The Acquiring Reference Number (ARN) is an identifier assigned to a credit or debit card transaction once it has been processed.

  1. Sign in as described in Signing in to the Client Portal and navigate to Collect > Review & Protect > Disputes.

  2. The Disputes page appears.

  3. Click on the row of the dispute you would like to view.

  4. The Dispute details panel appears.

  5. Click the Payment ID link under the Payment details section in the dispute details panel.

  6. The Payment details page appears.

  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the Payment details section.

  8. The Acquiring Reference Numbers for the transaction are listed under Transaction arn’s in the left column.
