Viewing Transactions

You can view your transactions in Client Portal.

This documentation is for the Mobile Version of Client Portal.

  1. Sign in as described in Accessing the Client Portal and navigate to the Account tab.

    The Account page appears.

  2. Tap on the ewallet Account you would like to view.

  3. The Available Balance page appears.

  4. Click on the Transactions tab.

    The Transactions Details page appears.

  5. You can view your transactions for your account.

  6. The following information is displayed:

    • The Currency and Amount for the Transaction.

    • The status of the transaction: In or Out, which describes if the funds have entered the wallet or exited the wallet.

    • A summary of the transaction.

    • The date and time of the transaction.

    • The balance of the wallet when the transaction was completed.
