# Viewing Merchant Settlements

View a consolidated, read-only list of settlements across all the merchants you manage, without needing to sign in to each merchant account individually.

### How to View Merchant Settlements

1. Sign in as described in [Signing In To the Partner Portal](https://docs.rapyd.net/en/signing-in-to-the-partner-portal.md "Signing In To the Partner Portal") and navigate to the **Merchant Settlements** tab. The **Merchant Settlements** page appears, showing settlements across your full merchant book in chronological order.

   > **Note:**
   >
   > You also have an option to select a time period for the search.
4. In the **Filter** panel, build one or more filter rules to refine the data displayed in the table. You can apply up to 5 filter rules at once.

   - **Select filter group** – select a previously saved set of filters to apply them all at once.
   - **Field** – select the column to filter on, such as **Account type**, **Agreement number**, **Cancelled on**, **Currency**, **Destination**, **Merchant ID**, or **Merchant name**.
   - **Condition** – choose how the field is matched: **Is equal to**, **Is not equal to**, **Contains**, **Does not contain**, or **Is not empty**.
   - **Value** – enter the value to match against. This field is not required when the condition is **Is not empty**.
   - **+ Add filter** – add another rule. Multiple rules are combined with **AND**, so a row is shown only when it meets every rule.
   - **Trash** icon – remove a rule.
   - **Save filter set** – store the current filters as a reusable group.
   - **Apply** – filter the table using the current rules.
