What is Western Union?
A cash payment can be made to your business by paying a local cashier. Cash can be offered as an online payment option and customers will receive a paycode after confirming the payment. A local network POS location is used to deliver the over-the-counter cash payment by the customer.
User Experience
When a customer wants to make a payment online, they will select the appropriate cash payment option, select pay and receive a payment reference to bring to a local payment point to pay.
Checkout online and select cash payment.
Select Pay.
Receive the payment reference including the Paycode.

Go to the nearest local payment point with a cashier.
Present the paycode and pay with cash at the cashier.
The payment is processed and the merchant is notified.
