Download Attachment

Returns a temporary signed link for one attachment of a ticket. Request the link when you need the file, because the link expires. Download the file from url without any Rapyd authentication.

Parameters

Request Path Parameters

- file_id
- The ID of the attachment. Get it from the attachments list of Get Ticket.
- ticket_id
- The ID of the ticket.
