What Is Alipay?
Alipay is a digital eWallet that allows the user to make payments on their phone by storing their debit or credit card or bank account. It was created by the ecommerce company AliBaba and has gained 500 million users in the past few years, totaling one billion users.
User Experience
When a customer wants to make a payment online, they get redirected from the merchant’s website to the Alipay login page. The customer will then authenticate the transaction with an input pin sent to their mobile phone by Alipay.
Tap the payment tab.
Select pay.
Get redirected to Alipay login with input pin.
Enter and confirm the amount.
Select Done to complete.
