Enabling Dispute Notifications
You can enable notifications for disputes in the Client Portal.
Sign in as described in Signing in to the Client Portal and navigate to the Settings tab.
The Settings page appears.
Click on the Notifications settings card under the Account Settings section.
The Notifications settings page appears.
Scroll down to the Collect section.
Enable the desired notifications by clicking on the toggle. You can select to receive notifications via Client Portal, via email, or both.
To receive notifications about disputes, enable the following notifications in the Collect section:
Payment dispute - sends a notification when a payment has been disputed.
Payment pre dispute - sends a notification when a payment has been pre disputed.
Payments disputed - sends a notification when a payment was disputed in the last 24 hours.
