Managing Your Account
Manage your account in the Partner Portal.
Sign in as described in Signing In To the Partner Portal and navigate to the Account management tab.
The Account management page appears.
You can perform the following actions in the Account management page:
Viewing Primary Account information and status
Adding a bank account
Editing your settlement configuration
Deleting a bank account
Viewing the contact information associated with your account
To view your Primary Account information, view the associated Rapyd Wallet ID under the Primary Account section at the top of the page. Your account status is listed on the right side.
To add, edit or delete your bank account information, click the 3 vertical dots under the Accounts and settlement configuration section. Any bank accounts you have already added are displayed here. Click the View all details button to view more account information.
Your contact information is listed under the Contacts section. Click the View contact link to view more information about each contact.
