Merchant Terms and Conditions

Learn how a merchant accepts the Terms and Conditions in the Client Portal.

In order for a merchant to accept the Terms and Conditions, the following actions must be completed by the partner:

  • Submit the merchant via the Partner Portal. See Submitting a Merchant for more information.

  • Invite the merchant to join the Client Portal. See Inviting Merchants for more information.

  • You can submit the merchant’s KYB application either before or after the merchant has accepted their invitation. See Completing the KYB Form for more information.

  • After accepting their invitation, the merchant can log into their Client Portal account and accept the Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions represent an agreement made between the Referral Partner and Rapyd. The merchants referred to Rapyd must accept the Terms and Conditions in order to use their Client Portal account.

The Terms and Conditions can be accepted either before or after a merchant has been KYB approved. Accepting the Terms and Conditions is required.

  1. Sign in as described in Signing In to the Client Portal.

  2. The Approve Terms and Conditions window appears.

  3. Click on the I agree to the Terms and Conditions checkbox.

  4. Click the Continue to Client Portal button.
