Transfer Funds

Transfer funds within Client Portal from the quick actions menu.

This documentation is for the Mobile Version of Client Portal.

  1. Sign in as described in Accessing the Client Portal.

  2. The Home page appears.

  3. Tap on the circular + icon near the bottom of the screen.

  4. The Quick Actions menu appears.

  5. Tap Transfer Funds.

  6. The Transfer Funds page appears.

  7. Choose one of the following:

    • Select Transfer To to transfer funds from this wallet to another wallet. Choose either Client Wallet or User Wallet.

    • Select Transfer From to transfer funds from this wallet to another wallet. Choose either Client Wallet or User Wallet.

    Note: The User Wallet option will not be displayed if you do not have user wallets configured for your account. The Client Wallet is the main wallet associated with a Rapyd Account. The User Wallet can be assigned to any user linked to the account.

  8. Select a wallet from the drop down menu.

  9. Enter an amount and select a currency. You can only use currencies and amounts that are available in the source wallet’s balance.

  10. Tap the Transfer button.

  11. The Successful Transfer page appears.
