Viewing a Compliance Ticket

View your compliance tickets within the Client Portal.

  1. Sign in as described in Signing In to the Client Portal and navigate to the Settings page.

  2. Click on the Communication Center tile in the Business Operations subsection.

  3. The Communication center page appears.

  4. Click on the Compliance review tab.

  5. The Compliance review tab shows:

    • Case Number

    • Subject

    • Created At

    • Last Updated

    • Opened / Closed Ticket Tabs

  6. Click on the desired compliance ticket to view additional details.

  7. The Case details page appears.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Communication center > Compliance review.

  2. You can click between the Open and Closed tabs to sort your compliance tickets.

  3. Click on the desired compliance ticket.

  4. From the Case details page, view unread messages.

  5. Click on the text field, and type a message to the Compliance team.

  6. Click the Attachment icon to attach a file in your message.

  7. Click the Send icon in the lower right corner of the text field.

  8. Your new message appears.
