Viewing Support Tickets

View all your support requests through the Client Portal Support Center.

How to View Your Support Tickets
  1. Sign in as described in Accessing the Client Portal and navigate to the question mark icon at the top right > Support Center.

    The Support Center page appears.

    The Support Center shows:

    • Ticket Number

    • Subject

    • Contact Name

    • Status

    • Created At

    • Last Updated

    • See more details icon

    • Opened / Closed Ticket Tabs

    • Create Ticket

  2. Click on See more details to view a detailed page of a ticket.

    The Support Page appears.

    The Support Page for a Single Ticket shows:

    • Ticket Number

    • Contact Name

    • Created At

    • Subject

    • Case Owner

    • Attached Files

    • Ability to upload more files

    • Last Updated

    • Description

    • Comments

    • Ability to add more comments
