Viewing Your Account Transactions
You can view the transactions of your account and your client wallets.
Sign in as described in Signing In to the Client Portal.
Navigate to My account > Transactions.
The Transaction Activity page appears.
Select the different tabs at the top of the table to view specific transaction groups. For example, you could select the Collect tab to view all Collect transactions for your client wallets.
To modify the display, do the following:
To add or remove columns, click the Customize columns icon in the middle right corner of the screen.
Click the checkbox of the columns you wish to see. Drag the column names in the list to change the column order on the table. Click Apply.
Other things you can do:
To apply a filter, click the Filter icon in the middle right corner of the screen. Select the field, condition, and value of the filter from the dialog box. Click Apply.
Scroll vertically to view the information in the table.
Scroll horizontally to view additional columns in the table.
Search by Wallet ID or Reference ID in the search bar.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Wallet ID | The ID for the wallet starting with ewallet_. |
Amount | The amount of the transaction. |
Direction | The direction of flow of the funds into or out of the wallet account. |
Completed At | The date and time that the transaction is completed. |
Type | The type of the transaction. |
Balance | The current balance of each account in the wallet. Each currency account is listed separately. |
Transaction ID | The ID of the transaction. 32-digit UUID. |
