Viewing Merchant Settlements

View a consolidated, read-only list of settlements across all the merchants you manage, without needing to sign in to each merchant account individually.

  1. Sign in as described in Signing In To the Partner Portal and navigate to the Merchant Settlements tab. The Merchant Settlements page appears, showing settlements across your full merchant book in chronological order.

  2. Click the dropdown menu at the top of the page and select which field to search by:

    • Settlement ID

    • Merchant ID

    • Merchant name

    • Store name (DBA)

  3. Type a value in the Search field and press Enter to apply it.

    Nota

    You also have an option to select a time period for the search.

  4. In the Filter panel, build one or more filter rules to refine the data displayed in the table. You can apply up to 5 filter rules at once.

    • Select filter group – select a previously saved set of filters to apply them all at once.

    • Field – select the column to filter on, such as Account type, Agreement number, Cancelled on, Currency, Destination, Merchant ID, or Merchant name.

    • Condition – choose how the field is matched: Is equal to, Is not equal to, Contains, Does not contain, or Is not empty.

    • Value – enter the value to match against. This field is not required when the condition is Is not empty.

    • + Add filter – add another rule. Multiple rules are combined with AND, so a row is shown only when it meets every rule.

    • Trash icon – remove a rule.

    • Save filter set – store the current filters as a reusable group.

    • Apply – filter the table using the current rules.

  5. Click the Customize Columns icon to show, hide, or reorder any of the available columns. Your column layout is saved to your user profile and persists the next time you sign in.

  6. Click the Export icon and select All columns or Visible columns to download a CSV of the settlements that match your current search and filters. Masked values (such as IBAN) remain masked in the exported file.

  7. Click any merchant name on a specific row to open their details panel.

The following table describes the available fields on the Merchant Settlements page. Fields can be shown, hidden, and reordered using the Custmize Columns option.

Field

Description

Merchant ID

ID of the merchant the settlement belongs to. String starting with org_.

Merchant name

The name of the merchant.

Store name (DBA)

The merchant's "Doing Business As" (DBA) store name.

Agreement number

The agreement number associated with the settlement, if applicable.

Settlement date

The date the settlement was scheduled to be sent to the merchant.

Settlement ID

The unique reference ID of the settlement. Click the copy icon next to the ID to copy it to your clipboard.

Destination

The bank account or destination the settlement was sent to.

Account identifier

The identifier of the destination account. Masked for security.

Currency

The currency of the settlement.

Settlement amount

The total amount of the settlement.

Status

The current status of the settlement. Possible values:

  • Processing – The settlement is being prepared and has not yet been sent.

  • In transit – The settlement has been scheduled but has not yet been paid.

  • Paid – The settlement was sent and the funds have landed at the destination.

  • Returned – The settlement was sent but returned by the receiving bank.

  • Cancelled – The settlement was cancelled before being sent.

Settlement type

How the settlement was funded, for example Settlement by Rapyd.

Account type

The type of destination account the settlement was sent to, for example Bank account.

Sent on

The date the settlement was sent to the destination account.

Returned on

The date the settlement was returned by the receiving bank, if applicable.

Cancelled on

The date the settlement was cancelled, if applicable.

Processing on

The date the settlement began processing.

Access to Merchant Settlements is limited to users with the Editor, Compliance Admin, Admin, or Owner role. Users without access won't see the Merchant Settlements tab in navigation, and the direct URL access will be blocked.
