POSitive, the Payments App

The POSitive app allows users to process transactions and supervisors to manage functions like generating EOD reports and create and delete users (cashiers).

When you are in the POSitive app, you will see a banner across the top of the screen that displays the date, and key details about the status of the terminal, and the current session. You will also see two menus:

The Main (payment) menu offers:

From the Admin menu, logged in users can have access to some or all of the following options, depending on their access rights:

Select from the links to find out how to set up a terminal and perform various transactions and functions.

Some of the functions described might not be available on every device, due to bespoke setups.
